About the Property

Villa La Perle graces Mykonos Island with an exclusive perch, offering breathtaking views of Chouloukas Beach. This architecturally striking stone villa seamlessly combines contemporary elegance with lavish amenities, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Accommodating up to 26 guests in 13 bedrooms, Villa La Perle is divided into three separate villas.

The first villa boasts an expansive open living space, a generously proportioned dining area, one master bedroom, and three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.

The second villa features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. Lastly, the third villa comprises two open-plan living areas, a dedicated dining area, and a comprehensively equipped kitchen.

The main villa includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, along with an additional double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, four guest bedrooms, all equipped with ensuite bathrooms, are available to accommodate one-third of the villa’s guests. The villa also offers a fully equipped fitness facility featuring the renowned Dior brand, complemented by a sauna for ultimate relaxation.

Villa La Perle’s architectural design is characterized by contemporary and stylish aesthetics, featuring three captivating swimming pools elegantly framed by opulent sun loungers.
