About the Property

Villa Boho, is perched on a hillside above Agios Sostis beach, offering unparalleled privacy and stunning views of “Panormos” bay and “Agios Sostis” beach. Guests can reach the crystal-clear waters of the beach within a 2-minute walk. This quiet, virgin beach devoid of clubs or fancy restaurants allows visitors to fully immerse themselves in nature’s tranquility.

Stretching about 250 meters, the beach is accessed via a small path. Nearby, behind Agios Sostis church, lies the renowned family-operated “Kiki’s” Tavern, a beloved traditional restaurant and one of the island’s best lunch spots.

The villa, spanning 435m2 and situated on a 4,000m2 plot, underwent a full renovation in 2019. It comprises 3 levels and features a total of 7 en-suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 people. Most bedrooms offer sea and/or garden views, enhancing the serene ambiance of the villa.
