How it works

STEP 1

How to make an inquiry?

You can explore our curated collection online and place an inquiry for any residence. Alternatively, you may contact our Partnerships team directly with your clients’ travel details. We will respond promptly to begin crafting their exceptional Greek holiday together.

STEP 2

What is the booking process ?

Once we’ve found the ideal residence for your clients, we’ll issue the rental agreement. Upon confirmation, your dedicated Presidence Concierge will reach out to tailor every aspect of the stay — from private services to bespoke experiences. All booking details and updates will be available in your partner account for complete transparency and ease.

STEP 3

How is the stay managed?

Before arrival, your clients are introduced to their dedicated Property Manager, who will personally welcome them and present the residence. Throughout the stay, our team remains in close contact with you and your clients, ensuring every request, adjustment, or last-minute wish is handled seamlessly.

STEP 4

How do I get paid?

At The Presidence, we believe that truly exceptional holidays are the result of collaboration. We value our partners’ contribution and are pleased to share commissions equally — typically resulting in a 10% commission, or more depending on the arrangement.
